To start shopping, there is no need to log-in or register, simply go to the Shop Tab and add any selected products to your Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart $ value & item count is displayed at the top right of the screen in the floating menu ribbon while you continue your shopping. At any time, view items in your Shopping Cart by clicking on the Shopping Cart icon.
When shopping is complete, review the items & quantities in your Shopping Cart carefully. If you are ready to pay, click on the yellow PayPal button shown in the Shopping Cart. You will be taken to the secure PayPal log-in page where you can log-in with your existing PayPal Account or as a Guest. Payment through PayPal is required before your order can be accepted.
When you place an order, please always add a contact phone number in PayPal. This will help with any problems in supply or delivery of your products.
After completion of your PayPal payment & delivery details, you will be returned to the Synteko Checkout to finally review your order. Select the Place Order or Cancel Order button as appropriate.
Once your order is accepted you will receive a confirmation email showing the details. Please check this confirmation carefully as we cannot be responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses or incorrectly ordered products. If you are not sure of a product’s suitability for your purpose, please contact our Sales Staff on the phone number shown below.
All prices shown on this site are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include GST. Prices or other details may change without notice at any time.
We can only accept orders for delivery within Australia. We use Fastway Couriers or Australia Post for delivery. If your order is received before 2PM Sydney Time in most cases we are able to dispatch the same day. Delivery times will vary based on the delivery address & deliveries are made during normal business hours. For deliveries by Fastway, a signature will be required.
Please ensure the correct delivery address is entered in your PayPal details as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Shipping charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
Shipping is free for orders over $75.00 in value. A flat rate of $10.00 applies for orders under $75.00. To avoid payment of the $10.00 shipping cost on small value items do not place an order through this shopping site but please feel free to visit us at Unit 19/380 Eastern Valley Way, Chatswood NSW to buy your products in person.
Returns & Refunds
If your product is faulty, damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped, contact our Sales Staff on the phone number shown below. We will provide instructions on how to deal with the matter. Provided you have contacted us within 48 hours of receipt of your order, in most cases we will arrange for a replacement free of charge or a full refund. In some cases it may involve returning the product to us.
If you have ordered incorrect products, we will take them back under the following conditions:
- The products must be returned in the original intact packaging. We cannot accept any incorrectly ordered products which have been opened or if the packaging is damaged or defaced in any way. Before opening the products please check that they are suitable for the purpose for which they were purchased. If you are not sure please contact our Sales Staff on the phone number shown below.
- It is your responsibility to pay the return shipping charges.
- All incorrectly ordered products returned to us will incur a 15% restocking fee. We cannot refund any original shipping charges.
- Incorrectly ordered goods can only be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. We cannot accept them back outside of this period.
